Common Questions Before Contacting a Medical Tourism Company in India

Do you charge patients for coordination?
No fee for initial guidance. Where coordination fees apply, we explain the amount in writing before you agree to anything. Payments go directly to the hospital in most cases. You are never surprised by a bill from our side.
Can I send reports before we speak?
Yes — and it helps a lot. Send scans, biopsy results, blood work, or past treatment notes on WhatsApp or email. The more we know upfront, the more specific our first response will be.
How quickly do you reply to a cancer treatment India enquiry?
WhatsApp messages get a reply within 2 hours on working days. Email within 24 hours. Complex cases that need a specialist’s view take a little longer — we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Do you help with the India medical visa process?
Yes. We write the medical visa invitation letter, help with the application, and guide you through the documentation. Most patients have the letter within 24 hours of confirming their appointment.
Are you only for Gurgaon hospitals?
Gurgaon is our primary focus — Medanta, Artemis, Fortis, Paras, CK Birla and others. For highly specialist cases we also work with select Delhi NCR hospitals. If your treatment genuinely needs a different city, we tell you plainly rather than force a fit.
Can a family member travel with the patient?
Absolutely. We arrange companion accommodation, include family in hospital updates, and help them apply for medical attendant visas. Every case we handle assumes the family is coming — it is not an add-on.
Is Gurgaon medical treatment safe for international patients?
Every hospital in our network is JCI or NABH accredited — the same international standard used to certify hospitals in the US, UK, and UAE. Gurgaon’s hospitals perform thousands of international patient cases every year. We only refer patients to hospitals where we would send our own families.
