Any deposit paid to Wheuppl for coordination services is refundable in full if the surgical plan changes materially before the procedure. What if I need to extend my stay beyond the planned days?
Most patients plan 3 to 4 weeks and most leave on time. Occasionally a patient needs an extra week — for physiotherapy progress, or rarely for a minor complication. Hotel extensions are available and we coordinate them. If your visa needs extending, the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) in Gurgaon handles that — it’s a standard process and the hospital can assist with the paperwork. Additional hotel costs are the patient’s responsibility and are not large relative to the overall trip budget.
What if there’s a complication after I fly home?
The operating hospital remains your primary point of contact. Your discharge file includes the surgeon’s direct contact details and your hospital ID.
